Before Dispatch

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• To cancel, contact us immediately via phone.
• If payment has been made online, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After Dispatch

• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
• Customers may request a return if eligible under our return policy.

Return Policy

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
